Kishore Konda with a professional degree in Computer Science, bring more than 5 years of resource management experience to the business.
Prashant Goguri having a Masters degree in Business Management worked at various Computer Software Consulting companies in India, Dubai and USA as their marketing manager before entering as a partner at Minerva. Mr. Goguri has brought unique cooking experience to Minerva management team.
Vijay Malladi comes from a business family.  Most of his family and extended family members in India are in manufacturing industry.  His father owns a “Galvanizing” unit, a “Fabrication & Electro Plating” units.  Both Vijay and his brother use to assist their father and uncle in their business.  While Vijay’s brother went into family business full-time, Vijay got his Master in IT from LIU, NY and has over 15 years of IT experience.  Worked on several Federal projects as an Independent consultant in various capacities.

Kiran has vast amount of experience in service Industry.  He owned and operated 2  Gas stations, convenience stores, Pizza and sandwich shops successfully in NJ.  He managed several employees and has vast experience in retail industry.

COMPETITIVE COMPARISION

There are over two dozen restaurants in Northern Virginia area that offer Indian Buffet out of which only about Half-A-Dozen restaurants are on same scale. Although this presents an obvious challenge in terms of market share, it also indicates the presence of a large, strong potential, besides we Virtually have NO Competition when it comes to South Indian and Mughulai Cuisine.  No other Indian Buffet offers as much choice as we do in DC Metro area.   No other restaurant group has as many locations as we do in this area.

Competing with Minerva for the target market are these categories of food providers:

• Banjara, whose management has changed since their inception 2 years ago.
• Bombay Bistro with two locations: Fairfax, VA and Rockville, MD.
• Raaga has two locations and good North Indian Cuisine. 
• Jaipur,  again know for their North Indian Cuisine.

TECHNOLOGY

POS System: We want to upgrade all our Restaurants cash registers with “6e POS and Web-based Back Office System” from Radiant Systems. These are PC based full Color Graphics systems with Automatic Coupon & Discount Lookup.
